Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the HALLOWAY online store and any order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them.

The store

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colors vary between screens and small variations are inherent to cut-and-sewn garments. A product page is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer — a contract is formed when we email you a shipping confirmation.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil — we will always contact you first.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders flagged as fraudulent may be cancelled and refunded without shipping.

Delivery and risk

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave. If a parcel is marked delivered and you cannot find it, contact us and we will open a trace.

Returns

Our refund policy forms part of these terms and does not limit any statutory right you have as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The HALLOWAY name, our logo, our product photography and the text on this site belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, place fraudulent orders, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
